Having worked in a variety of venues all over the world, Marcus' extensive industry experience brings a unique element to A Cut Above. With his extensive food & beverage knowledge, Marcus leads the team in providing a high standard of service to all guests who dine.
Restaurant Manager
Originally from Leeds, England Bradley has worked in bars since he was 18. He has a love for experimenting with different flavours and is always expanding his knowledge of spirits, beer & wine to ensure our beverage list has the best selection for our guests.
