After years of working in kitchens all over the South East, Ben strives to create delicious food using quality, locally grown produce. At the helm of our grill, Ben's bringing the best of modern Australian cuisine to the community he loves. 

Venue Manager

 Having worked in a variety of venues all over the world, Marcus' extensive industry experience brings a unique element to A Cut Above. With his extensive food & beverage knowledge, Marcus leads the team in providing a high standard of service to all guests who dine.

Restaurant Manager

Originally from Leeds, England Bradley has worked in bars since he was 18. He has a love for experimenting with different flavours and is always expanding his knowledge of spirits, beer & wine to ensure our beverage list has the best selection for our guests.
