Experience an unforgettable evening at A Cut Above Bar & Grill as we present our Scottish Whisky Dinner on Thursday August 28th from 6:30PM - 10:30PM. Hosted in our luxurious semi-private dining room, this event promises an exquisite culinary journey that will tantalize your taste buds. 


Indulge in some of our favourite Scottish Whisky's with an enticing menu curated for this special occasion.


$140 per person includes:

On the table - Japanese milk bread, yeasted Copper Tree Farm butter


1st Course - Twice baked Gouda cheese souffle, pears, charred radicchio


2nd Course - Pan fried Scallops, bourbon bacon jam, chive oil


Main Course - Whisky Dry Aged Porterhouse, charred zucchini, romesco


Dessert - Sticky date pudding, candied walnuts, vanilla whisky ice cream

On the table - 15ml Johnny Walker Blue blended Whisky (Edinburgh)


1st Course - 20ml Dalwhinnie 15 year old Single Malt Whisky (Highlands)


2nd Course - 20ml Talisker 10 year old Single Malt Whisky (Isle of Skye)


Main Course - 20ml The Oban 14 year old Single Malt Whisky (Highlands)


Dessert - Johnny Walker Black Old Fashioned cocktail
