On Thursday the 5th of March, 2026, A Cut Above together with Penfolds will host a food & wine experience not to be missed. Awarded 31 Winery of the Year awards from Wine & Spirits Magazine, more than any other winery in the world, guests will be treated to fine wines from the Penfolds portfolio matched to a specially curated four course menu.
Happy hour from 4-6pm.
Dinner starts at 6:30pm in The Main dining room.

It began with Dr Christopher and Mary Penfold, the pioneers who dreamed big, inventing tonics, brandies, and fortified wines made from grapes and Australian sunshine. It continued with Alf Vesey, Ray Beckwith and Max Schubert, celebrated winemaking legends who pushed our development to extraordinary, bold new heights.
