Celebrate Valentine's Day in pure dining luxury at A Cut Above Bar & Grill.


Choose between a perfectly curated five course tasting menu, 

with your choice to pair with an exquisite mixology.

Or choose your own menu with our limited ala carte three course or two course set menus.



Seatings will be 2 hours, and your table will be required after that.

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations.

Tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, agave syrup

2ND COURSE

Pan Fried Scallops, zucchini spaghetti, gochugaru, lime & prawn oil dressing

Mixology: Sticks Pinot Grigio glass

3RD COURSE

Smoked Duck Breast, pomegranate and quinoa salad, beetroot, smoked almonds

Mixology: Shadowfax Pinot Noir glass

Macedon Ranges, VIC

4TH COURSE

Dry Aged Bourbon Porterhouse, sweet corn puree, charred onion, Cowboy Butter

Chocolate Fondant, hazelnut chocolate sauce, crème fraiche

Mixology: White Chocolate & Raspberry Martini

666 ‘Butter’ vodka, Chambord raspberry liqueur, white cacao liqueur, shaken with lemon juice & egg white. Garnished with white chocolate flakes
